ImageVirginia I. VanWormer, 33, of 701 E Second St, Oil City, died Friday evening as a result of an automobile accident in Crawford County.

Born September 22, 1976 in Oil City, she was a daughter of Nancy Corey VanWormer and the late Newton VanWormer.

Virginia attended the Emlenton schools and had worked as an LPN.

She enjoyed bingo, hanging with her friends and loved being with her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, Nancy VanWormer of Oil City, she is survived by a daughter, Kylie Nelson of Franklin; a brother, Duke VanWormer and wife Tina of Oil City and their children, Dustin, Nicole, Isaac and Alexander Goodman; two half brothers, Theodore Porter and David Stover, both of Oil City; and two half sisters, Lee Ann Cook of Oil City and Diane Krupitzer and friend Mike of St Petersburg.

Friends may call at the Morrison Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 am Wednesday.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help with expenses.
